• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• The item must be returned to us first for inspection.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Once the item passes inspection, the return or exchange will be approved.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Instapay.

• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
